Quality-first sourcing is not a slogan for us; it is the only way an export relationship survives past the first shipment. We build our supplier base slowly, revisit the same growing belts season after season, and decline business we cannot deliver against the grade a buyer has specified.

On logistics, we take the view that reliability is a product in itself. Booking, stuffing supervision, documentation and dispatch are handled as one continuous responsibility rather than as separate handoffs, and buyers hear from us at every step — including when something changes.

Transparent communication runs both ways. We share what we know about availability, seasonality and pricing pressure rather than quoting into conditions that will not hold. Where we are still building a capability, we say so.
